It’s autumn in Sydney where I’ve finally settled back in the comfort of my own home after a whirlwind of a month in Paris. It’s going to be slightly longer until things calm down on my end. But for now let me reminisce on special moments, like this one, the day after we arrived in Paris. All jet lagged and unable to fool our eyes shut, we took the métro to Trocadéro just in time for the sun rise. When we got there, my heart..
There I was, with my Sebastian, who was about to turn one, had just learned to walk and was then getting better at it. We held hands and stood side by side, looking at that majestic icon – And then he asked to be carried:) He didn’t understand what the fuss was all about, but knew I was really happy and he was happy for me.
When we thought it couldn’t be more wonderful, this amazing and gentle giant puppy strolled close to us and Sebastian squealed with his own joy as the pup lovingly licked his nose. I couldn’t be happier for him as I knew how much he loved that. The most beautiful morning and forever in our grateful hearts.
