There were times where I relished being alone and free, doing things without having to consider anyone else but myself. Goodness me! How things have changed since darling Sebastian burst into my life (all pun intended). He is now my favourite beach companion and I love seeing his eyes lit up in the open space as there are so many things that catch his attention. He reminds me to see beauty and fascination in the simplest things. It’s peak summertime, so slip slop slap. Here are my beach staples from Navy: a white kimono to protect the shoulders, a sarong skirt (to cover up those unsightly stretchmarks from pregnancy weight gain) and of course my chic French lovers beach towel. It’s so huge, the baby takes a nap on it.
